The innovative and versatile 24mm Heavy Duty Precision Magnetic Catch, model PLS24PRO-XHD, is designed for installation on very heavy interior doors, providing a quick and easy setup process. Made with strong neodymium magnets and stainless-steel components, this product ensures long-lasting durability as the magnets will never touch after installation, guaranteeing a lifetime of use without wearing out. Thanks to the concealed magnets that do not touch, the door closes silently without any noise. Rubber stoppers are included to cushion the door against the frame.

The PLS24PRO-XHD is ideal for heavy interior doors, bi-folding doors, and sliding doors. The installation process is simple and fast, requiring minimal chiselling. Additionally, power adjustment packers can be used to enhance the magnetic holding strength, with five packers included in the package. To achieve a more aesthetically appealing finish, self-adhesive, brushed stainless steel cover plates are included to hide the magnets and screw head, while also preventing corrosion.

With an approximate maximum pulling force of 9kg, the PLS12PRO is suitable for heavy duty doors and various applications. The magnetic catch eliminates latch noise when opening and closing the door, distinguishing it from roller or ball catches. When the door is closed, the catch remains completely concealed, ensuring a sleek appearance. The product is also effective in keeping problematic doors shut, such as those with weak door closers or electric strikes.
